Vincent began his real estate career in 2005, shortly after earning his degree in Business and Finance from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Since then, he has consistently distinguished himself as a top-producing agent, earning numerous sales awards and industry recognitions both individually and as the leader of a high-performing team throughout New England.

Known for a full-service, client-first approach, Vincent and his team have built a reputation for exceptional service, strategic marketing, and a deep understanding of the evolving real estate landscape. They pride themselves on leveraging the latest innovations in technology and marketing to deliver exceptional results for their clients.

In 2020, Vincent became one of the first brokers to open a Realty ONE Group office in Massachusetts, founding Realty ONE Group NEST in Newburyport. Following continued growth and success, the brand expanded with a second office in North Andover in 2021.

Michelle brings over two decades of experience in business operations and real estate to her role as a brokerage leader. From 2001 to 2010, she served as a District Manager for a large media company, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence. She began her career in real estate in 2005, gaining hands-on experience across multiple facets of the industry.

In 2010, Michelle transitioned into an administrative role with an independent real estate company before advancing to a full-time real estate assistant position. Her expertise in systems, processes, and team support led to her appointment in 2015 as Operations Manager for one of the top-producing real estate teams in New England.

In 2020, Michelle and Vincent co-founded one of the first Realty ONE Group franchises in Massachusetts, opening their flagship office in Newburyport. Building on that success, they expanded the brokerage with a second office in North Andover in 2021.

Jose is a top-producing Broker who has called the Merrimack Valley home for over 30 years. With a deep understanding of the local market, he is passionate about helping first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership, while providing the same high level of care and expertise to every client served.

Known for a hands-on, guidance-driven approach, Jose works closely with buyers throughout every step of the process, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and supported. He also partners with sellers to deliver timely, successful sales through strategic pricing and comprehensive marketing plans.

Clear and consistent communication is at the core of Jose’s business philosophy, creating a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish. Licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, he is able to serve clients seamlessly across state lines.
